Position:           Jr. Investor Relations Associate

Location:          Downtown NYC (Hybrid)

Salary:               $90K – $115k + Bonus

 

Prestigious private equity firm seeks a Junior Investor Relations Associate to join their Team!

 

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management

·        Maintain and update investor records, contact details, and activity logs in the firm’s CRM system (Dynamo), ensuring accuracy and consistency.

·        Track all investor interactions, requests, and key deadlines to support effective relationship management.

 

Due Diligence (DDQs) & RFPs

·        Assist in completing standard due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals.

·        Coordinate responses across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investments.

·        Maintain the RFP response library and templates to ensure up-to-date, high-quality materials.

 

Email Inbox Management

·        Monitor the general Investor Relations email inbox and triage incoming messages.

·        Draft and send timely, accurate, and professional responses to routine investor inquiries.

·        Log all relevant correspondence and follow-ups in the CRM.

 

Investor Transfers & Wire Instruction Updates

·        Support the administrative process for investor transfers and wire updates.

·        Coordinate documentation collection, verification, and input with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance.

 

Meetings, Events & Presentation Support

·        Assist in creating, formatting, and updating investor presentations, pitchbooks, and internal reports in PowerPoint and Excel.

·        Help prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and events.


Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.

·        1–3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, client services, RFP writing, or financial operations.

·        Knowledge of asset management, private equity, or alternative investments is preferred.

·        Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools a plus.

·        Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
