Position:      E-Billing Analyst  

Location:     New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary:         $80K – $100K + B +OT

NYC based Prestigious legal services firm seeks an E-Billing Analyst to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit appeals for reduced invoices.
• Logging reduced invoices for all clients.
• Tracking and updating all reduced invoices in database and smart sheet.
• Following up with firm timekeepers to prepare for appeal responses.
• Corresponding with clients to ensure successful appeals and payment of the appealed invoices.
• Obtaining necessary approvals from responsible attorneys for write-offs, late appeals, etc.
• Analyze appeal data to recognize trends and help develop solutions. 

Qualifications:

·        3+ Years of E-Billing experience

·        Prior legal billing experience

·        Strong Microsoft Excel Skills.

·        Experience using Aderant, BillBlast and E-Hilling Hub software a plus

• Experience with online Ebilling vendors such as; Passport, Tymetrix, Collaborati, CounselLink, Serengeti and Ascent.
