Title:            Advertising Supervisor

Location:    Midtown Manhattan (HYBRID)

Salary:        $95k – $130k

 

 

Global Luxury Goods Company is seeking an Advertising Supervisor to join their team!

 

 

RESPONSIBILTIES

·        Lead the team and serve as its project manager on all tasks, responsibilities, special assignments and projects for Advertising and Partnership teams.

·        Ensure budgets are followed and that budgeting decisions are made based on analysis and understanding.

·        Manage internal budget roll-up across multiple media initiatives in a way that guarantees all billing matches the budgets, invoices are received and sent to finance.

·        Support strategic goals through the execution of all Advertising activities across all media channels.

·        Align all contextual environments with company’s initiatives and strategies.

·        Evaluate all media plans properly and appropriate optimizations are considered.

·        Handle the media planning process across linear TV, digital video, and digital display including all relevant negotiations with integrity ensure alignment with company’s strategy and vision.

·        Ensures that partner agencies and vendors execute deliverables to company’s standard of excellence.

·        Effectively monitor of all media executions to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded, and plan summaries are complete.

·        Ensures effective communications with global teams and sponsoring team to properly execute contractual media elements.

·        Effectively communicate with media community at all levels with integrity by projecting the highest level of professionalism in all discussions and meetings when discussing the brand.

·        Manage the team to ensure that all media plans are executed flawlessly and in a timely manner.

·        Offer strategic insights and understanding of the luxury marketplace, company’s position in it and be able to offer creative and innovative solutions to marketing initiatives.

·        Understand, interpret and be able to explain media metrics, KPIs and ROI.

·        Support the Content Partnership Manager by way of evaluating media plans across display, social, video, and custom content executions. Providing insight and expertise on best practices across all media tactics.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·        BA degree

·        Minimum of 4+ years’ related experience

·        Understanding of advertising tools such as Vivvix, ComScore, Flashtalking and Rephonic

·        Microsoft Office Suite

·        Strong knowledge of digital landscape and media partners is essential

·        Ability to discover, learn and gather data and information about the media landscape, various channels and partners
