Title: Senior Software Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Remote (East Coast)

Salary: $120k - $150k + Bonus

Prestigious Professional Services Firm is seeking a Senior Software Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Build and integrate AI-powered features into enterprise products (e.g., conversational UIs, insights modules, dashboards)

§ Develop and maintain integrations across APM, logging, and audit pipelines to ensure observability and compliance

§ Collaborate with Prompt Engineers to optimize prompts and implement robust guardrails

§ Design and orchestrate AI agents, wiring LLMs to APIs and internal tools through frameworks like MCP Server and A2A protocols

§ Develop semantic search pipelines and entity-aware features to enhance contextual relevance

§ Support the evolution of AI infrastructure, including service orchestration, token flow control, and API rate management

§ Contribute to building internal libraries, reusable components, and integration standards for AI-powered apps

QUALIFICATIONS

§ Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related area

§ 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in AI, NLP, or data-driven environments

§ Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET, JavaScript) and working with REST APIs

§ Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) and integrating them into products

§ Experience extending ChatGPT custom GPTs via Actions

§ Familiarity with APM tools, log tracing, and building secure/observable services

§ Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks, semantic search, or knowledge graph pipelines

§ Understanding of A2A protocols, MCP Server, and enterprise integration patterns

§ Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering teams
