Title:           Contracts Specialist

Location:   New York, New York – (Hybrid) 4 days in office

Salary:       $85K-$100K

Growing Boutique Brand Partnership Agency Seeks a Contracts Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

·        Manage day-to-day drafting, revising & presenting all things project contracts.

·        Responsible for contract edits, development of templates and management of existing contract documents & agreements.

·        Manage contracts from initiation through closure, including amendments, red lines, extensions etc.

·        Serve as liaison between leadership, sales, clients, legal & attorney partners for editing & contact oversight

·        Serve as key administrative support person for contract processing & reviews

·        Support sales & leadership teams as needed

·        Special projects as needed

Skills & Expectations:

·        Bachelor’s degree required

·        2+ Years of partnerships / branding & licensing contracts or similar legal admin experience.

·        Strong understanding of contact law, negotiation skills & the ability to interpret & explain contract terms.

·        Excellent written & verbal communication skills.  

Exposure to MyMediaBox or similar licensing software a plus
