Position:     Customer Service Manager

Location:   Tampa, FL (Fully on site)  

Salary:        $60K-$70K + Bonus

 

Growing Hospitality Services provider seeks a hands-on Customer Service Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

·       Team Leadership & Performance: Oversee and guide a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high performance, exceptional service quality, and adherence to company standards.

·       Operational Oversight: Manage call center processes, including call handling, client interactions, and problem resolution. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

·       Administrative Management: Handle various administrative duties, including employee scheduling, timecard management through ADP, and other essential call center functions.

·       Training & Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing ongoing coaching, training, and support to the team.

·       Client Satisfaction: Develop and maintain strategies to ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.

·       Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively implement service improvements.

·       Partner with culinary, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless coordination of services.

 

Qualifications:

·      3+ years’ experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in food, beverage, luxury hospitality services

·      Proficiency with CRM platforms, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      All candidates must pass a background check & drug screen prior to onboarding
